Petty Torture's primary goal is to create and develop new content regularly, be it cartoon series concepts, our animated Babble Toons shorts, our hilarious (if not off-putting) single-frame doodles in Doodle Grove, general illustration and graphic design, or creative writing (screenwriting, television writing, fiction writing, and poetry).

All with the intention of bringing a series to air.
